	Metro Café Signage $5,000 One (1) sponsor will have the opportunity to prominently showcase their company to all attendees who frequent the Metro Café, a premier food outlet at the new Phoenix Convention Center. The Metro Café, which is adjacent to the WRDC registration area and exhibit hall entrance, features a wide variety of choices for a quick lunch, but because the Café also has a nice lounge with plenty of seating, and free Wi-Fi service, everyone who wants to relax, check their e-mail and enjoy the day will stop by the Metro Café! This is a great sponsorship opportunity. This sponsorship includes the production and installation of one (1) 4-sided kiosk with a total of approximately 100 square feet available for sponsor signage.
Entrance Banner $2,500 ea Two (2) sponsors will have the opportunity to prominently feature their companies on 4’ x 8’ banners flanking the exhibit hall doors. This sponsorship includes the production and installation of one single-sided banner, which will be available to the sponsor at the end of the convention.
	4 Sided Kiosk $2,000/ kiosk Strategically located throughout the Western Regional Dental Convention these 4 sided kiosks provide exceptional visibility to our attendees and represent an excellent value. Schedule at a Glance Signage $1,000 ea Signs are located at the registration area in close proximity to the registration and exhibit hall. The program at a glance board provides three (3) sponsors visibility to all attendees. This sponsorship includes the production and installation of one single-sided 8' x 2' sign displayed below one day's schedule.
	Exhibit Hall Aisle Signs $1,000 ea Stand out above the crowd! Twelve (12) sponsors will have the opportunity to have their company name, logo and/or booth number displayed on the front and back of an exhibit hall aisle sign. This sponsorship includes the production and installation of one (1) double sided sign that will hang at the bottom of the aisle sign.
Pre-Function Banners $1,000 ea Twenty (20) sponsors will have the opportunity to have a 4’ x 6’ banner directly across from the exhibit hall entrance. Sponsorship includes production and installation of one (1) 4’ x 6’ banner, which will be available to the sponsor at the end of the convention.
	Meter Boards $1000 double-sided $600 single-sided Increase your booth traffic with double-sided or single-sided signs. Meter board signs will be placed throughout the corridors leading to the classrooms and to the Exhibit Hall. Frameless and freestanding, the signs measure 96" x 38". An economical way to get your product or service in front of thousands of dental professionals each day of the convention.
