Arrive Early... Arrive Early...
ARRIVE EARLY
New This Year: Your "10-Minute Ticket"
- Lectures are no longer open.
- Pre-registration AND early arrival to your meeting room are REQUIRED to secure a seat!
- Room assignments have been made according to the pre-registration numbers.
- Your "ticket" does NOT guarantee you a seat unless you arrive early!
Seating is only guaranteed until 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the program. Upon
on-time arrival for the lecture, those who pre-registered
will be seated first. Those without "ticket" will be seated according to available space.
"Ticketed" registrants arriving less than 10 minutes before the start of the program will be asked to wait, and will be seated on a "space available" basis only. When all seats are filled, the classroom will be closed, in compliance with strict city fire code regulations.
This registration system has successfully been implemented at several large dental meetings in the U.S. Your patience in implementing this change is greatly appreciated!
