"At the conclusion of each lecture and workshop, a code will be announced. It will be your responsibility to record the code in the space provided. It is important that you document your CE credits while at the convention, and retain your notes, as no certificates will be issued. AGD members should visit the AGD booth in the exhibit hall to obtain verification.

I don't wish to take any courses but I'd like to visit the exhibit hall.
One-Day (Saturday only) badges may be purchased. Choose tuition code Z when pre-registering online or by mail.

I am employed by an AzDA member dentist. Does that automatically make me an Allied Member?
No. Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Dental Laboratory Technicians and Dental Front Office Staff employed by active or life members of AzDA are eligible to apply for Allied Membership. For more information and an application, visit www.AzDA.org/Public/Benefits/Allied.asp or call the AzDA Membership Department at (480) 344-5777 or (800) 866-2732.

What is the convention dress code?
Business casual is suggested and layers are IMPORTANT. Some classrooms may be cold, some warm, some just right - it's best to arrive prepared. Most of all, wear comfortable shoes. Our exhibit hall covers 100,000 square feet!
