The Arizona Dental Association believes that the Dental Team model is the cornerstone, and future, of the profession. That is why we offer Allied Membership for:

• Dental Hygienists
• Dental Assistants
• Dental Laboratory Technicians
• Dental Business Staff (Front Office)

How can I join? Download a membership form, fill it out and send it back. We'll verify you work for an Arizona Dental Association(AzDA) Dentist member, then sign you up and send you a membership card! It's that simple. Not sure if your dentist is a member? Use our Find-A-Dentist to search for your office. Only AzDA members are listed.

What are the benefits?

• Reduced registration fees for AzDA CE programs.
• Reduced registration fees for AzDA's Western Regional Dental Convention.
• Opportunities to participate on AzDA Councils and local society committees.
• Subscription to the AzDA journal, INSCRIPTIONS, with Allied Member section in most issues.
• Access to the members-only portion of the AzDA web site, with benefits including discounted and individual insurance plans.

Who is eligible to apply for AzDA Allied Membership? To apply for AzDA Allied Membership, you must be employed by an active AzDA member dentist, federally funded organization or faculty of RDH, DA or lab tech programs in Arizona who do not meet the educational requirements of a dentist.
